e just came across this post on Instagram yesterday from Dog Furiendly. It struck a chord and was highlighting the importance of understanding why some dogs are on leads while walking. A simple thing it would seem, but one that seems to by pass most dog owners while out walking with their furpal.

It’s good to remember that other dogs can be on leash for a number of different reasons. It’s best practice for other dog walkers to allow them space, keep your dog on leash (…whether you think they need to be or not) until you can talk to the other owner or walk by them.
