How does it work?
We know it can be confusing and daunting hiring someone new to come into your home and look after your family member while your away for the weekend or on a regular daily basis. To help ease some of the worries & anxiety in this process we have laid out the basic flow of how it works to hire a dog walker or pet sitter into seven basic steps – you can see easily what to expect at each stage!

Discuss your schedule
Once you’ve decided on which type of walk, pet sit or boarding suits you best, you should then try and get an idea of how many days/dates you want your pet walked or looked after. Think about the session time that would suit you best too!

After deciding on the service that best suits your needs, it's then time to get in touch with us! The best & quickest way is to fill out our enquiry form. Fill in all the details asked to the best of your knowledge and send it to us!
Our Reply - more Information
We'll reply to your enquiry as quickly as possible - usually within 48 hours. We'll send you all the information you'll need about the service you enquired about, price for the service, plus details on our availability for the dates & times you required!
Before you take up any services with us we will arrange to meet you & your pet. This will be the next step if in the booking process. The visit will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes, is completely free and with no obligation on you to proceed with a booking. Read more about the initial meeting here!
Setup of Services / Contracts
If both sides are happy to proceed after meeting we will then go through some brief paperwork together. We will fill in your pets personal information sheet, discuss schedules & services, sign the service contract you require and discuss alarm/key details.
Services will then begin on the date agreed in the initial meeting. We'll set you up with a client account on our website where you can login in to check your pets schedule, view bookings, payments and availability. You can pop on our social networks to see your pet having fun!
We also provide our four pawed clients with lots of unique products & tasty treats in our online store - Ollie's Pet Boutique; stocking new brands to Ireland like Fellipet, Pooch & Mutt, Fat Cat plus supporting Irish brands Soopa & EcoMutt; plus many more!
