Ollie is our business & website mascot, as well as our adored doggie! He's a little miniature dachshund puppy and he is full of life and mischief! It was Ollie that inspired me to create this business - it was because of him that i found a lack of professional pet services around the Dublin/Donegal localities that cater for all animals & are available when you need them. It was so important to have a professional look after Ollie the way i do at home....and so...Ollies Petcare was born!

We are a professional animal handling service currently based over the Dublin area, north Donegal & Carlow on request! It is run by myself Jonathan, an animal lover and owner of this site namesake, Ollie our miniature dachshund!
This business has been setup by myself for one main
reason; my love of animals and the lack of services available for them. Recently due to the difficulty in finding reliable services I needed for Ollie at short notice, I decided to set one up for myself; because if i was finding it difficult to find a suitable solution, then so were other pet owners! Ollie's Petcare was established & we've been going from strength to strength ever since!
Our aim is to provide you with a service that is always available to give your pet the next best thing - other than you - when your away from them for what ever reason. For when you are either at work, on holiday, sick or just find yourself unavailable to provide them with the exercise & care they need daily.
Our moto "Nurture & Care, When You're Not There" really ties up our business & personal mantra - it's everything we are about - we will care for your pet to your standands while you are away from them. We provide a number of services which include 'home boarding' & 'pet sitting'; the later taking place in your own home, which keeps your pet in their regular routine.
Ollie's Petcare has years of experieince in dealing with a variety of animals, we are fully competent in dealing with a large varity & breeds of pets.

We are fully certified in 'canine first aid' via our friends at 'Dog Training Ireland'....this means we are prepared for any incidents or problems that may occur when we have your pets! We can give on the spot resuscitation (CPR) if needed before assessing and taking your pet to your vet if needed!! We have also aiming to complete a course in 'safe & effective handling for professionals working with dogs' with DTI, which gives you that extra bit of confidence that we can handle & take care of your pet in the best way possible for them.

Jonathan's background has been in customer services for the last 10 years - so he knows what you'd expect of your petcare business in terms of quality & prefessionalism - so it essential that as well as us providing your pet with the best care & attention they can get when you aren't around, that we also provide you the owner with professional & easy to use services. It goes without saying that your pet is our number one priority - but a close second is customer care.
Underneath you can see a recent photo of Jonathan & Ollie plus a few more of Ollie by himself. This is Ollie's first day with us! As you can see good things do come in small packages!! Little did we know that he was gona be a little tear-away!!! But he is very much part of the family!!
Jonathan is originally from Inishowen in Donegal, where we do offer limited services. He moved to Dublin to follow employment over ten years ago and this is where he is based now with is family. Jonathan does visit Donegal on a regular basis - hence why we can offer our service in around this locality. Though it is always best to book in as advance as possible. All services offered by OPC will be carried out by Jonathan & no-one else, unless previous arranged.
